




The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing visual materials that effectively communicate the organization's identity, values, and messages. Their work contributes to maintaining a consistent and attractive image across all internal and external communication channels. **Main Responsibilities** * Design graphic materials for advertising campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, posters, packaging, and other digital or printed media. * Develop visual identities, logos, and brand guidelines. * Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product development teams to align design with strategic objectives. * Adapt and optimize designs for different formats and digital platforms. * Maintain constant communication with printing and production vendors to ensure final quality. * Manage files, image libraries, and graphic resources. * Stay updated on design trends, tools, and creative technologies. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles (agency or marketing company experience preferred). * **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Knowledge of digital design, UX/UI, and basic animation (After Effects, Figma, etc.). * Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and design theory. * **Personal Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Full-time (on-site mode). * **Reports to:** Marketing Coordinator * **Location:** Cuernavaca, Morelos * **Compensation:** $8,500 net monthly Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site employment
