Join our team as a **QA Tester!** Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree * Minimum of 1 year of experience in web testing * Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology (desirable, not essential) * Experience in **automated** and manual testing Responsibilities: * Create and execute detailed test cases based on product requirements to ensure functionality and performance * Identify and resolve software defects before release * Report identified bugs and track them to verify recurrence * Ensure production releases are 100% tested and reliable * Ensure products are intuitive and satisfying, increasing customer loyalty and positive recommendations * Implement and maintain efficient and effective testing processes, always seeking continuous improvement in our QA methodologies and tools We offer: * Monthly net salary between $20,000.00 and $24,000.00 (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Direct contract with the company * Continuous development and learning * Dynamic, intelligent, and agile work environment * Growth plan Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
