**Sears is seeking a TRAINING COORDINATOR at Plaza Cuernavaca - Cuernavaca, Morelos** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **SEARS PLAZA CUERNAVACA** We are seeking ### **Training Coordinator S** **Job Mission** Enhance staff competency through the design and implementation of strategic training programs, ensuring the team meets the store’s operational and service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Training and Development:** Design training programs and lead onboarding processes for new hires. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Manage procedures with the Ministry of Labor (STPS), conduct Needs Diagnosis Assessments (**DNC**), and issue **DC-3** forms. * **Follow-up:** Evaluate staff performance post-training and facilitate group management activities. * **Standards:** Implement instructional design methodologies and the CONOCER Network framework. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field (completed). * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of corporate training and coaching experience, especially with groups. * **Knowledge:** Legal compliance procedures (STPS), instructional design, and performance evaluation tools. * **Availability:** Monday to Saturday. ### **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $14,000 * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **$1,400** monthly food vouchers. * **$1,400** monthly savings fund. * Life insurance and **Major Medical Expenses Insurance**. * Exclusive employee discounts and academic scholarships.
