REQUIREMENTS \- Education: Completed High School \- Availability (Rotating 8-hour shifts) \- 1–2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions \- Interest in interacting with people \- Strong verbal communication skills \- Ability to respond to risk situations KNOWLEDGE \- Telephone first aid \- Telephone customer service and assistance \- GPS and CCTV platforms \- Coordination with various local and federal authorities and agencies \- Response to alarms (theft, intrusion, speeding, etc.) \- Case follow-up \- Emergency protocols RESPONSIBILITIES \- Monitoring and personalized user support \- Response to panic button activations \- Alarm handling (residential, GPS, theft, etc.) \- Shift handover \- Reporting equipment malfunctions and errors for users \- Maintaining service logs \- Adherence to emergency procedures and protocols \- Coordinating telephone support with various local and federal government agencies Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 \- $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
