




Responsible for the comprehensive administration and supervision of departmental processes, ensuring proper personnel management, compliance with labor regulations, and effective operation of the human talent lifecycle. Responsibilities: * Supervise employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Maintain up-to-date personnel files, contracts, and document control. * Manage vacation time, leaves of absence, and medical certifications. * Supervise calculation of overtime hours, tardiness, and attendance records. * Supervise compliance with internal policies, the Internal Work Regulations (RIT), and internal procedures. * Coordinate operational, technical, and administrative recruitment processes. * Post job vacancies, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads in collaboration with the payroll team. * Validate information: references, weeks contributed to IMSS, assessments, and complete personnel files. * Supervise onboarding and integration, reinforcing a sense of belonging, organizational culture, and tracking employment anniversaries. * Manage workplace climate, disciplinary actions, and administrative minutes. * Conduct training needs assessments. * Implement and develop initial inductions (videos, materials, learning platforms). * Basic proficiency in learning tools. * Implement training and professional development programs. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. ● 3–5 years of experience in HR; at least 1 year in leadership roles. ● Knowledge of payroll (incidents, validations, Federal Labor Law [LFT], IMSS). ● Intermediate Excel skills. ● General knowledge of basic labor-related Official Mexican Standards (NOMs). ● Proficiency in learning platforms and digital tools (Google Workspace, Outlook).
