Job Responsibilities: *(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)*  Process import and export information to the American customs transmitted electronically.  Elaborate NAFTA Origin Certificate for raw material import and send it to the supplier for signature.  Deliver all necessary documentation to the Mexican Customs Department for import of raw material, foreign chemicals and equipment or finished goods.  Coordinate and elaborate EURO\-10 Origin Certificates for import of raw material, equipment and foreign chemicals.  Weekly assists in the tax payment preparation (statement).  Keep track of raw material certificates (NAFTA and Affidavid’s).  Keep statistical controls for finished goods and material passed per month.  Maintain assembly files, origin certificates and NAFTA.  Analyze and prepare products in order to corroborate if they qualify for NAFTA (finished goods or raw material).  Generates and updates raw material origin certificates (every year).  Generates and updates NAFTA certificates for finished goods (every year).  Assist in costs presentation.  Debug and maintain files of American Customs Department. Education and Experience: International Trade Career preferably. 3 years of experience preferably. Legal procedures and U.S. Import and Export Management. Computer operation.
