**A reputable company specializing in the manufacturing of laminated bags in San Miguel Topilejo, Tlalpan is seeking a Technical Support Assistant** **Position objective**: Provide timely and efficient technical support to company employees, ensuring the proper operation of computer equipment, networks, systems, and technological services. **Main responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective support and maintenance of computer equipment (Windows and Mac). * Installation and configuration of operating systems, software, and applications. * Creation and management of user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and passwords. * Diagnosis of hardware and software failures. * Support for Aspel systems (COI, NOI, SAE, Banks). * Configuration and monitoring of network printers and consumables. * Verification and support for CCTV video surveillance systems. * Assistance with networks, structured cabling, and connectivity. * Preparation of technical reports and equipment inventory control. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or similar positions. **Required knowledge:** * Windows 7, 8, 10, and Windows Server. * Networks, cabling, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi. * Disk cloning and data backups. * IP and analog telephony (PBX). * CCTV video surveillance systems (installation and configuration). * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level). **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $10,085 net. * Statutory benefits: * IMSS * Infonavit * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * Job stability **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Work modality**: On-site at the plant (with occasional travel to the corporate office located at Ex-Ejido de San Francisco Culhuacán, Coyoacán) If you meet the profile, please send your CV to eunice.rodriguez@indiecapitalhumano.com, indicating the job title in the subject line, or apply directly through this platform. **Join our team and enhance your professional talent!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,085.00 per month Application question(s): * In which borough do you live, and how far are you from San Miguel Topilejo, Tlalpan, CDMX?
