As a Production Supervisor, you will manage necessary and available resources to ensure compliance with and adherence to the production plan, respecting safety and quality standards and performance objectives. * Organize shifts based on available resources to ensure healthy coverage of conditioning lines and prevent line stoppages. * Analyze and monitor variables impacting production plan compliance and adherence at the unit level. * Conduct monthly stock inventories to maintain a healthy inventory aligned with the plant’s internal control guidelines. * Implement continuous improvement activities in production areas to raise current standard levels. **Knowledge:** * Production planning * Management of unionized personnel **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles. **Education:** Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. **Location:** L’Oréal Cosbel Plant – Xochimilco.
