Experience: * Two years of experience as a production supervisor, production manager, or related role. Responsibilities: * Plan and order inputs and raw materials according to the production schedule. * Report progress across various process and production lines. * Review, inspect, and ensure that products comply with the production schedule. * Organize and supervise personnel in each area to meet the production schedule. * Conduct daily follow-up on industrial kitchen/commissary operations. * Supervise and ensure operational processes. Schedule: * Monday to Saturday; fixed day off on Sundays. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer: * Monthly net salary of 13,000–14,000 MXN, depending on experience. * Bi-weekly payments on the 5th and 20th of each month. * This is not a restaurant, so there are no customers or tips.
