Main Functions and Responsibilities * Coordinate kitchen, production, and warehouse staff, assigning tasks and shifts. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. * Ensure proper receipt, storage, rotation, and control of supplies (FIFO). * Control losses, expirations, and waste. * Maintain inventory control of raw materials, supplies, and finished products. * Supervise packaging, labeling, preservation, and distribution processes. * Implement quality controls at each stage of the production process. * Prepare production, loss, inventory, and goal-achievement reports. * Propose process, cost, performance, and quality improvements. * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and internal/external audits. * Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
