Work focused on operational excellence and quality CNC Operator Location: Ozumba, State of Mexico and Northern State of Mexico A manufacturing-sector company is looking for highly committed CNC Operators interested in joining a team focused on operational excellence and quality in manufacturing processes. Job Profile Education: Secondary school, high school, or technical degree. Preferably a Technical Degree in Machine Tools or related field. Candidates with degrees in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, or related disciplines will also be considered. Required Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Operator or operating numerical control machinery. Experience operating CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, or automated manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. Proficiency with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Experience in machine startup, basic operational adjustments, and adherence to production processes. Dimensional verification and quality control of parts during production. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery according to established procedures and standards. Perform equipment startup and continuous operational monitoring. Verify dimensions and tolerances of manufactured parts using measuring instruments. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Report deviations, malfunctions, or anomalies in machinery operation. We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
