If you enjoy challenges, are creative and proactive, thrive in multicultural environments, and are results-oriented, we are looking for you! **Requirements** o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, and/or related fields o Experience: Minimum 2 years; experience in recruiting commercial profiles (promoters) and administrative staff in the construction, finishing materials, and related sectors is desirable. o English proficiency is mandatory: **Intermediate–Advanced (B2+)** **Responsibilities:** **Recruitment and Selection Process** o Posting job vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and supporting selection decisions. o Contracting follow-up: sending psychometric tests, preparing personnel files, and conducting evaluations. o External recruitment, building professional connections, and providing internal customer service. o Weekly and monthly reporting. o START interviews. o Candidate sourcing. **Organizational Development:** o Planning corporate events. o Training programs. o Team-building activities. o Administrative activities to communicate internal policies. o KPI management. o Other administrative tasks related to the HR department. **We Offer:** 1. Initial probationary contract followed by a permanent contract. 2. Monthly salary: Range – $12,000 to $15,000 gross, commensurate with experience. 3. Statutory benefits from day one. 4.
