Payroll Analyst (Hybrid Model) Are you a detail-oriented person, an expert in tax regulations, and looking for a balance between office and home? Your Main Challenges * **End-to-end payroll cycle:** Preparation and review of payrolls (weekly, biweekly, and monthly), ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, severance payments, PTU, and settlements. * **Incident management:** Handling and tracking vacations, disabilities, overtime hours, and absences. * **Legal and tax compliance:** Calculation of withholdings (ISR), IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions.
