Education: Technical degree; bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be 25 years of age or older. Valid INE (National Electoral Institute ID) and completed job application form. Responsible, proactive, and eager to work collaboratively. What would your responsibilities be? Supervise kitchen staff tasks to ensure food quality and hygiene. Verify that food items delivered from storage are not expired, and that kitchen utensils and equipment are clean and in good working condition. Maintain daily control and records of ingredients used in food preparation. Conduct optimal kitchen inventory checks. Ensure minimal waste within the kitchen.
