





Job Description and Responsibilities Define and deploy product standards to maintain quality, design, and customer requirements. Continuously propose and execute process improvement projects focused on enhancing current technologies, new technologies, and methodologies to effectively, efficiently, and economically achieve key business performance indicators. Define, document, and deploy manufacturing standards compliant with design and quality requirements. Propose and execute improvement projects in manufacturing areas, applied to manual and semi-automatic processes, to enhance performance (productivity, quality, availability). Propose and execute improvements in automated processes involving machinery, robots, and cobots to enhance performance. Maintain up-to-date Manufacturing Standards in the manufacturing area according to current process and/or customer requirements. Define work methods or operation sequences based on industrial engineering standards and/or standardized work practices. Collaborate with the maintenance department to define preventive maintenance routines, autonomous maintenance routines, and procedures for effective corrective maintenance execution, aiming to keep machinery, robots, and cobots in optimal operating condition. Execute necessary activities (machinery, methods, materials, personnel) to implement a new product in the manufacturing area. Conduct standard deviation handling processes in the manufacturing process per quality procedures. Propose and execute cost-saving projects (VIP) that positively impact the financial statement (P&L). Perform machinery component analysis and assess repair requirements. Implement new technologies in the manufacturing area using Model Value Stream and Industry 4.0 standards. Experience and Requirements Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; AutoCAD; Mechanical; Minitab). Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification. Intermediate English proficiency (70–80%), including technical reading and conversation. Knowledge of programming for automation processes.
