**Main Responsibilities:**
**1\. Tax and Social Security Accounting**
· Recording and classification of accounting transactions in ERP systems or accounting software.
· Preparation and filing of monthly and provisional tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings).
· Generation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of invoices.
· Registration, termination, and modification of employees with IMSS and INFONAVIT.
· Electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll and management of related incidents.
· Management of institutional platforms (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, REPSE).
· Uploading and tracking of documentation on official client portals for tax and **social security** compliance.
**2\. Financial Control of Construction Projects**
· Preparation of financial reports per project: projected vs. actual analysis.
· Cost control by category: payroll, indirect costs, materials, subcontractors.
· Immediate identification and reporting of budgetary or administrative deviations.
**3\. Reconciliations and Administrative Control**
· Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
· Execution of petty cash audits and control of reimbursements.
· Document integration for expenses and verification of travel allowances.
· Preparation of accounting files for reviews or audits.
**4\. Warehouse and Materials Control**
· Tracking of warehouse entries and exits.
· Physical inventory reviews against accounting records.
· Coordination with construction sites for monthly closure of consumption and deliverables.
**Technical Competencies:**
· Basic/intermediate knowledge of current tax and labor regulations.
· Proficiency with official platforms: SAT, IDSE, SUA, IMSS, INFONAVIT.
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
· Desired: experience with accounting software (SAE, NOI, CONTPAQi).
· Desired: familiarity with construction cost accounting and project-based budgeting.
