




**Do you have experience managing talent in the restaurant industry and are passionate about building high-performance teams?** Join our team as **Organizational Development Coordinator** and become part of a growing foodservice chain! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. * 3 years of HR experience within **restaurants, hospitality, retail**, or **entertainment**. * Advanced Excel skills (template management, turnover, and labor cost tracking). * Knowledge of **Mexican Labor Law (LFT) and incident management** for staff with rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement **training** programs for customer service, service delivery, and operations. * Supervise incidents, attendance, vacations, and internal transfers. * Validate payroll drafts and coordinate with accounting or external providers. * Develop **retention and workplace climate** strategies in high-turnover environments. * Support **hiring and training** for the opening of new branches. **We offer:** * Base salary of $25,000 net. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment contract. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \| Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Location: Ajusco area.
