Packaging and packaging industry company **General job objective** Implementation of process improvement projects, optimizing resources and improving communication channels within the company; focused on achieving organizational goals. **Main responsibilities** · Supervise that instruments and measurement equipment are properly calibrated. · Verify processes to identify and implement improvements. · Infrastructure control. · Plan and monitor compliance with the infrastructure maintenance plan. · Review internal communication channels to improve coordination among them. · Act as a driver of change in procedures according to emerging needs. · Optimize resources through continuous process improvement. · Supervise activities related to cover manufacturing positions. · Establish KPIs for process improvement areas. · Develop procedures, forms, work instructions, and documentation. · Manage and monitor fire extinguisher controls. · Coordinate and assign evacuation, first aid, and firefighting teams.
