We are seeking a **Digital Innovation and Transformation Manager** with extensive experience in the **FinTech, digital banking, or neobank sectors**, focused on driving organizational change through technological, cultural, and process strategies. The selected candidate will be responsible for **leading the strategy, execution, and governance of digital transformation**, from identifying new technologies and business models to implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and internal process scalability. **Key Responsibilities** * **Define and execute the innovation and digital transformation strategy**, aligned with business objectives. * **Identify trends and emerging technologies** within the FinTech, neobank, and financial service digitization ecosystems. * **Lead internal process improvement projects**, such as credit activation, approval workflows, digital onboarding, and operational automation. * **Manage a team of consultants** responsible for researching, prioritizing, and executing digital projects. * **Promote a culture of change and technology adoption**, implementing communication and training programs. * **Oversee innovation pilots and new digital solutions**, ensuring adherence to timelines, KPIs, and budgets. * **Establish work standards and methodologies**, guaranteeing the quality and scalability of digital initiatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Innovation, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Minimum of 10 years of experience**, with at least **5 years in managerial roles** in innovation or digital transformation. Advanced knowledge in: * Strategic planning, innovation, and digital transformation. * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean Startup). * Digital project management and PMO. * Process design and improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). * FinTech ecosystem, open banking, and neobanks. * Emerging technologies: RPA, analytics, AI, APIs, automation, and cloud. * Advanced English (spoken and written). **Key Skills** * Strategic thinking and continuous innovation. * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Results-driven mindset and value creation. * Effective communication and organizational influence.
