Said** Requirements: * Required education: Architecture (degree and license) * Minimum of 2 recent years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the healthcare, commercial, or retail sectors. * Must have employment certificates * Excellent presentation and effective communication skills. * Technical knowledge and experience in Carpentry, Painting, Masonry, and Drywall Finishes. \_ **Profile focused on architectural maintenance: finishes, painting, masonry, carpentry, and physical area repairs\_** Main Responsibilities * Supervise and ensure compliance with the preventive and corrective architectural maintenance program. * Evaluate and monitor the performance of operational staff and service providers. * Verify the quality of finishes, repairs, and renovations carried out within the hospital. * Manage administrative reports, logs, and incident tracking. * Coordinate work in critical areas ensuring minimal impact on hospital operations. * Promote stability and commitment among technical staff. Working conditions: Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with a weekday or weekend day off.
