Provide creative support to the Marketing department for campaigns, product launches, digital communication, and sales materials. * Required Knowledge or Competencies: Professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Branding and brand identity development. Knowledge of digital marketing (basic segmentation, visual communication). Prepress, labeling, and packaging (including standards such as NOM\-141 and NOM\-051\). Understanding of commercial formats and POP materials. Strong spelling and writing skills. Design focused on business objectives (not purely aesthetic). * Desired Skills: Product photography. Basic video editing (reels, stories). Creativity applied to advertising campaigns. Analytical ability to interpret briefs and visual trends. Proactivity and continuous innovation. * Main Job Functions: Design labels, packaging, and artwork for cosmetics and personal hygiene products. Prepare final print-ready files, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Create catalogs, brochures, sales presentations, and BTL materials. Produce visual content for social media (stories, reels, posts). Develop assets for digital campaigns and point-of-sale (POP) materials. Align all designs with business goals, positioning, and target segmentation. Participate in the visual design of product launches together with R\+D, sales, and procurement teams. Generate product renderings and mockups. * Additional Job Functions: Provide visual support to other departments (sales, human resources, procurement). Quote or coordinate material production with external vendors. Propose aesthetic and functional improvements to packaging or presentations. Update visual resource library (photos, templates, manuals).
