Position Summary: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor with experience in equipment management, machinery supervision, and implementation of maintenance programs, focused on facility optimization. Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and MP10 **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** **Education:** Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or related engineering degree. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position. **Age:** Over 25 years old. **Skills:** * · Proficiency in computer software: Word, Excel, AutoCAD, email, and internet. · Effective communication. · Leadership. · Personnel management. · Planning/organization. · Supervision. · Interpretation of drawings and specifications. · Use of measuring instruments. · Use of MEET or ZOOM platform or application. · English desirable. **Knowledge:** * Current ISO 9001 standard (desirable). * Electricity and control. * Pneumatics. * Hydraulics. * Machinery, tools, and spare parts. * Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. * MP10 software. **Responsibilities:** * Know and implement the MP10 maintenance program. * Supervise that equipment and machinery conditions remain optimal. * Supervise mechanics and assistants during work execution. * Provide spare parts to maintenance staff. * Report any anomalies detected in facilities, machinery, and equipment to the supervisor. * Receive corrective and preventive maintenance orders. * Liaise with maintenance suppliers. * Record all relevant equipment readings and CFE readings.
