By leveraging its expertise, **CSMX** aims to increase access to financial services to underserved Mexican populations and businesses by providing impactful and tech\-enabled FIs and companies with access to financing solutions. **About the Role** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Mexico City. As a **Structuring \& Risk Analyst**, you will support the investment process within the Risk and Structuring team by assisting in credit analysis, due diligence, portfolio analysis, and financial modelling for potential investments in Financial Institutions and operating companies. The role is designed for an early\-career investment professional and provides hands\-on exposure to private credit transactions, with a clear development path toward more advanced structuring and risk responsibilities. **What You Will Do (Key Responsibility Areas)** * Support the execution of debt investment activities, including financial analysis, due diligence support, and preparation of internal investment materials. * Assist in analysing investment structures, risk mitigants, and key transaction terms under the guidance of senior team members. * Support due diligence processes for potential clients (Financial Institutions / Operating Leasing Companies), including data collection, financial statement review, and coordination with internal teams. * Perform financial and historical portfolio analysis at both entity and underlying portfolio levels. * Assist in building and maintaining financial models, including cash flow projections and basic stress scenarios. * Support credit risk assessments through quantitative and qualitative analysis, including industry and market research. * Help prepare materials for internal committees and ongoing portfolio monitoring. **What You Will Bring (Skills \& Qualifications)** * \+2 years’ experience; in credit analysis or within the financial services industry is preferred * Strong quantitative background.
