Sales Administration Analyst
Position Objective Measure and analyze the productivity and results of the entire commercial and operational structure, as well as middle management, ensuring compliance with established monthly goals. Main Functions Evaluate and analyze the productivity and results of middle management in the following areas: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Collections, and Human Resources. Provide support to district directors, sales leaders, and Human Resources regarding clarifications on productivity and results. Contribute to quota definition based on historical data under your management. Help identify poor practices through employee productivity analysis.
