A company dedicated to the production and distribution of white bread and sweet bread is seeking: **OPERATIONS MANAGER** Work Location: **Milpa Alta**, CDMX **Responsibilities:** 1\. Coordinate daily operations of production, distribution, and sales. 2\. Supervise product quality, weight control, and production flow. 3\. Prepare production orders and track delivery routes and orders. 4\. Manage sales invoices, accounts receivable, and administrative control. 5\. Supervise production teams, sales staff, and packaging personnel. 6\. Record orders, collect payments, and reconcile accounts receivable. **Requirements:** \* Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in economics or administration-related fields. \* Experience in similar positions (production control, administration, and personnel management). \* Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with sales software is preferred. \* Leadership, decision-making ability, assertive communication, and problem-solving skills. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$12,000 MXN per month** for the first 3 months. * Salary growth (after probation period) * Statutory benefits. * Respectful work environment. * Direct employment with the company.
