Join our team and ensure locally that computing and communications platforms operate properly, thereby guaranteeing continuity of hospital operations regarding Information Technologies. What will you do? * Provide technical and functional support for computing equipment, telecommunications, printers, landline and mobile telephony, and network operations. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in IT or related field (degree certificate and professional license). * 1–2 years’ experience as a technical support analyst. * Knowledge of application administration, technical support, repair and maintenance of computing equipment and peripherals, operating systems (Windows, MAC), technical knowledge of communications and telephony, information security, and training on internally used applications.
