Junior Cloud Analyst. Location: Tlalpan, 14210 Ciudad de México, CDMX. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Salary: $25,000 net monthly \+ Statutory Benefits. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field (degree holder). * Solid experience in hybrid infrastructure administration (on\-premise and cloud). * Knowledge of AWS (operations, service administration, and fundamentals). * Experience with VMware, Nutanix Acropolis, or similar virtualization platforms. * Windows Server administration. * Infrastructure monitoring using PRTG or equivalent tools. * PowerShell for operational-level automation. * Experience handling tickets and tracking incidents. * Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage vendors. * Linux knowledge is desirable. Job Objective: To administer, operate, and evolve the hybrid technology infrastructure (cloud and on\-premise), ensuring availability, performance, operational continuity, and timely incident resolution via ticketing systems, while coordinating across multiple departments and effectively managing vendors. Responsibilities: * Administer on\-premise and cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS. * Operate and maintain VMware vSphere or equivalent virtualization environments. * Address and resolve incidents and requests via a ticketing system, following ITIL practices and SLAs. * Implement and maintain proactive infrastructure and service monitoring. * Administer Windows servers and provide basic Linux support. * Execute backups and support disaster recovery and business continuity plans. * Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting. * Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for changes, access requests, and maintenance activities. * Document configurations, procedures, and operational controls.
