




### **Functions:** * Perform topographic surveys of land, construction projects, or structures to obtain accurate data on shapes, elevations, and dimensions. * Operate measuring instruments such as total station. * Prepare drawings and maps from field-collected data. * Verify alignments, levels, and elevations during construction execution (industrial). * Monitor and supervise the geometric accuracy of constructions. * Mark and lay out reference points (staking) to guide construction phases. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to interpret plans and resolve discrepancies in elevation or measurements. * Maintain calibration and proper condition of surveying equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and technical procedures both in the field and office. ### **Requirements:** * Hold a degree as Surveying Technician, Surveying Engineer, or Geomatics Engineer (upper secondary or higher education level). * Experience operating surveying instruments (total station, GPS, level, drone, etc.). * Proficiency in drafting and processing software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, etc.). * Field experience in surveying tasks (surveys, staking, construction monitoring). * In some cases, registration with professional associations or government agencies may be required for public works. * Accuracy, teamwork, good physical condition, and willingness to work outdoors. Work location: Jiutepec, Morelos. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 hrs. and Saturdays 8:00 to 13:00 hrs.
