




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience in document management, accounting support, and personnel service, distinguished by proactivity and strong communication skills. Requires responsibility, proactivity, and courteous treatment of colleagues. **Main Job Responsibilities:** · Filing, control, and organization of administrative and accounting documentation. · Drafting and preparation of memoranda, official letters, and internal documents. · Data entry and updating of information in administrative systems. · Preparation and follow-up of requests related to payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, etc.). · Support in compiling and safeguarding personnel files. · Control and tracking of internal and external correspondence. · Assistance in preparing administrative reports requested by management. · Receiving and routing administrative requests from various hotel departments. **Required Skills:** · Responsibility and punctuality. · Proactivity and organizational ability. · Ability to interact courteously and respectfully with colleagues. · Cooperation and teamwork. · Strong communication skills. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Basic knowledge of invoicing and administration. · Excellent spelling and writing skills.
