**JUNIOR CEDIS MANAGER – MOTORCYCLES** **Job Description:** Join the team of a leading company in motorcycle assembly and distribution. We are seeking a **Junior CEDIS Manager**, responsible for coordinating daily distribution center operations, ensuring productivity, control, and service objectives are met. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise CEDIS operational activities: receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and returns. * Ensure performance indicators are met (productivity, inventory accuracy, delivery times). * Coordinate operational and administrative staff, promoting a safe and collaborative work environment. * Guarantee physical and system inventory control. * Ensure proper execution of motorcycle and spare parts shipping and distribution processes. * Collaborate with logistics, procurement, quality, and customer service departments to resolve incidents. * Implement continuous improvement actions in operational processes. * Assist in preparing management reports, cost control, and audit compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or engineering in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field (degree completion preferred). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory or coordination roles within CEDIS, warehouses, or distribution. * Knowledge of personnel management, inventory control, and transportation logistics. * Intermediate level in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite desirable). * Leadership, decision-making skills, and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $25,000.00, mixed compensation scheme 50/50. * Statutory benefits and savings fund. * Opportunities for professional growth within the group. * Excellent working environment. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. **Job Location:** C.
