We are looking for an Operations Engineer with experience in infrastructure, databases, and cloud environments, oriented toward technical documentation and execution of operational processes under structured standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, coordinating deployments, and closely collaborating with other technical teams to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements** * **Education:** University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * **Language:** Intermediate English (reading, technical writing, communication). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in infrastructure and/or database roles. · **Technical Skills:** * Required: * Database administration (PL/SQL). * AWS (intermediate level, core services). * Desired: * Docker, Git, Maven. * Handling of JSON and XML. * Relational databases. **Main Responsibilities** **Database Administration** * Creation of tables, indexes, and stored procedures. * Analysis and optimization of PL/SQL code according to technical standards. **Use Case Generation** * Detailed documentation of technical processes for consultation and replication by other engineers. **Testing and Documentation of Microservices/APIs** * Execution of local tests. * Preparation of clear and useful technical documentation for the development team. **Deployment Management** * Oversight and execution of deployments in development, QA, and production environments. * Ensure service availability, continuity, and integrity. **Infrastructure Certification** * Compliance with security guidelines. * Submission of evidence to Data Security Information (DSI). **Soft Skills** * Effective and clear communication (especially written). * Collaboration with technical and security teams. * Ability to follow structured processes with hierarchical validation. * Attention to detail and documentation focus. * Quality implementation in deployments. * Timely prevention and resolution of incidents. * Reliability and functionality of infrastructure. * Role with limited operational autonomy: Decisions and changes require approval from immediate supervisor. * Technical documentation is a key part of the role. * Active participation in processes related to cybersecurity (DSI). **Desirable** * Certifications in AWS, cybersecurity, or DevOps tools. * Prior experience in regulated or highly structured work environments.
