We are seeking a responsible Maintenance Supervisor to support us in fostering a disciplined and respectful work environment among technical staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure technical staff are properly trained and certified. * Ensure compliance with safety standards during field operations. * Organize daily activities. * Manage customer work orders. * Track and support quotation processes for work orders. * Monitor and manage technical service reports. * Analyze maintenance reports. * Liaise with maintenance supervisors of various clients. * Provide on-site technical support. **Requirements:** * **Mandatory:** Completed Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Minimum **2 years** of verifiable team leadership experience. * **Preferred:** Courses or certifications in industrial safety (DC\-3\). **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Management of **Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance**. * Knowledge of electricity (Medium and Low Voltage), mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred. * Proficiency in **KPIs** (Key Performance Indicators): MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). * Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) or advanced Excel for reporting. * Familiarity with STPS regulations (Occupational Safety and Health) applicable to maintenance (NOM\-004, NOM\-029, etc.). **Required Skills:** * Leadership * Assertive communication * Decision-making under pressure * Problem-solving Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site
