**Objective:** Supervise the production process, managing assigned resources in order to achieve objectives according to the established schedule and in compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. **Requirements:** Technical degree in Maintenance, Electrician, Industrial Engineering or related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in personnel management, tracking work plans, conflict resolution. Leadership and teamwork skills.
