Ensuring continuous improvement in management processes Position Objective Lead, coordinate, and supervise the execution of CH Geography's strategic projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality through project management methodologies and effective team leadership at GS. Main Responsibilities Define and establish the appropriate project management methodology for each initiative. \*Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to objectives. \*Coordinate internal and external work teams, assigning resources and responsibilities. \*Supervise adherence to schedules, budgets, and deliverables. \*Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. \*Generate project status reports. \*Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes. Candidate Profile **Desirable specialization in Project Management \* Experience:** 4 years in project management \* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar.
