Our recent expansion into Latin America has further enriched our team with diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. **What You’ll Do:** As a Senior Consultant on the Customer Experience team, you will work in a collaborative team environment to create developer\-ready designs for individual user stories for complex platform products (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, or other similar Enterprise solutions). Your designs adhere to best\-of\-industry usability and accessibility standards while elevating the aesthetic quality of the user interface and platform experience. You work within the realm of feasibility for a platform, and can push and challenge to customize when necessary. You will grow in your ability to participate in workshops and create materials to help in their facilitation, as well as deliverables according to workshop results, such as flow diagrams and information architecture. You will use your advanced knowledge of interaction and visual design to create wireframes, UI design, and platform prototypes. You have experience with a range of design tools and know when to use each tool effectively to create design deliverables. **What You’ll Bring:** Senior Consultants at Slalom bring strong design skills in UI, visual design, and prototyping. They have experience working with platform technical teams to ensure proper implementation of their solutions and have experience participating in stakeholder\-validation and user\-testing sessions to drive iteration and product evolution. Senior Consultants are expected to lead solutions end\-to\-end from inception to delivery. You will leverage your experience and self\-management to independently execute tasks with minimal direction to help solve complex business problems through research and design. In collaboration with other capabilities, you will define the design direction for a product and break larger problems down into smaller ones. In order to meet these expectations, you will need to possess: * Fluency in modern product design software (Figma, Penpot, Framer, etc.) * Experience experimenting with agentic design and prototyping tools (Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Code, etc) * Proficiency delivering platform\-based experiences in Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, or other similar Enterprise solutions, including familiarity with their respective design systems and best practices * Ability to create flow diagrams, wireframes, and information architecture deliverables, and map those to platform objects and concepts * Experience facilitating workshops to drive user research and product validation * A strong ability to collaborate with other roles and disciplines and be pragmatic about delivering solutions and weighing trade\-offs * A portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, process, and innovation across multiple technologies such as web, native, voice, and/or mixed reality **About Us** Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
