





**Position Title:** Sales Executive **Department/Area:** Sales **Reports To:** Commercial Director / General Director **Supervises:** N/A Position Objective Generate and maintain strategic business relationships to increase carpentry sales by serving existing and potential clients, identifying business opportunities in residential, commercial, and real estate development projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of profitability targets. General Responsibilities Prospect and attract new clients for carpentry projects (kitchens, closets, doors, custom furniture, etc.). Serve and follow up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts. Negotiate prices, sales conditions, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure fulfillment of commitments made to clients. Monitor the manufacturing and installation process to report progress and resolve issues. Achieve the company’s established sales targets. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and meetings with clients or developers. Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management.
