Job stability A growing company is looking for a **Payroll Specialist** with solid experience in payroll preparation and administration, incident handling, and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor authorities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in payroll** * Experience managing both administrative and operational payroll * Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and labor legislation * Proficiency in payroll systems (SUA, SIPARE, SICOSS; ERP experience preferred) * Intermediate Excel skills **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of preliminary and final payroll * Calculation of payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime) * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS * Calculation and monitoring of employer-employee contributions * Responding to internal payroll-related requests **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $14,000.00 MXN, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Job stability Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
