Seeking **CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR (Immediate Availability).** **For projects located in the southern part of CDMX** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 30 to 45 years. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). * Experience: 3 years as a Construction Administrator (experience in building and construction projects is MANDATORY). * Reside in CDMX or adjacent metropolitan area. * Immediate availability (MUST NOT be currently employed). **RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE IN:** * Administrative control of construction projects. * Annual and periodic inventory management. * Warehouse control: (inflows and outflows), tare weight, heavy machinery. * Formwork control and logistics. * Control, administration, and safeguarding of heavy machinery and equipment. * Campsite management and administration. * Coordination and supervision of personnel (warehouse staff, drivers, etc.). **Skills and Competencies:** Proactive, solution-oriented, dynamic, team player, goal- and results-focused, strong sense of urgency. We offer: $30,000 gross (monthly gross) \+ benefits exceeding those mandated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
