Diverse maintenance and general support duties Do you have general maintenance experience and seek job stability? **Join our team!** We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and service-oriented individual to support general and domestic maintenance activities. **Responsibilities:** * Basic home repairs (replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, minor leaks, etc.). * Minor preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic painting and touch-ups. * Cleaning and maintenance of patios, gardens, and common areas. * Assembly and arrangement of furniture or household items. * Running errands, shopping, and providing transportation support. * Supervising the proper functioning of home areas and equipment. **Requirements:** * Experience in general maintenance or similar activities. * **Ability to drive** and possession of a valid driver's license. * Responsible, organized, and reliable individual. * Strong service-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $14,000 * $1,400 monthly food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Job stability and a positive work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Apply through this channel and become part of our team!
