Operational leadership in high-quality and eco-friendly projects **FIELD CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT ARCHITECT** We seek a Construction Resident Architect with extensive experience in construction execution, operational leadership, and full availability to travel constantly for ecological and high-quality projects across various regions of Mexico. **Work Location:** Field projects in different states of the Mexican Republic, primarily hotels, villas, and residences located in forest and beach areas. **Job Objective:** To coordinate and supervise the comprehensive construction execution, ensuring proper operational flow, adherence to schedules, cost control, construction quality, and technical oversight from foundation to final project delivery. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and site coordination. * Completion of full projects from foundation to finishes. * Demonstrable experience in steel structures and construction processes. * Ability to quantify, generate progress reports, and control estimates. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel. * Technical knowledge and judgment for on-site problem resolution. * Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles on highways. * Absolute availability to travel and remain on-site for extended periods. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** Organized, decisive individuals with on-site leadership capabilities, able to make technical decisions, coordinate teams, and maintain operational control over high-end architectural projects in diverse national contexts. **We Offer:** Participation in unique and sustainable architectural projects, professional growth, stability, and development within an expanding company.
