**Pricing Manager** **Job Description** -------------------------- We are seeking a **Pricing Manager** with experience in **pricing, financial analysis, and cost models**, preferably within the **healthcare or insurance sector**. The candidate will be responsible for defining pricing strategy, developing analytical models, and ensuring hospital profitability. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Define and update **pricing strategy** and discount policies. * Manage the **price waterfall** and analyze financial impact (**price-volume mix**). * Develop **elasticity**, price sensitivity, and profitability KPI models. * Prepare financial reports and competitive benchmarking. * Design negotiation strategies with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients. * Collaborate with clinical departments in defining **surgical packages**. * Implement **segment-based differential pricing schemes**. * Ensure regulatory compliance and develop sustainable pricing models. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field. * Specialization or experience in **pricing or costing**. * **2 to 3 years** of experience in pricing, profitability, financial analysis, or pricing models. * Knowledge of: * Pricing models (price waterfall, price mix, elasticity, bundles) * Hospital costs and fee schedules * ABC costing, ROI/IRR, profitability * CAPEX and medical equipment * Econometric modeling and statistical analysis * Healthcare system in Mexico **Technical Skills** ------------------------ * Advanced Excel * Intermediate–Advanced SQL * Power BI / Tableau * Python (desirable) * Statistical and financial modeling **We Offer** ------------- * **Competitive salary: $65,000 gross** * Statutory benefits * Performance bonus * Professional development in a leading healthcare institution
