Vacant position 100% in-person in the southern part of Mexico City **Position Objective** Lead advanced data analysis to generate strategic insights that support organizational decision-making. Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability, as well as develop predictive models and analytical solutions to optimize processes and outcomes. **Main Responsibilities** * Data analysis and modeling: Design and execute complex analyses using statistical techniques and machine learning tools (AI) * Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize business processes. * Data management: Ensure quality, cleaning, and transformation of large volumes of data (Big Data). * Implement ETL processes and maintain updated databases. * Visualization and communication: Create interactive dashboards and executive reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical departments. * Collaboration and leadership: Coordinate analytical projects with multidisciplinary teams. Support in defining analysis standards. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 4 years in data analysis, statistical modeling, and development of analytical solutions. * Technical skills: SQL, Python, R, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), predictive models and machine learning, AI, handling of relational and non-relational databases. * Competencies: Analytical and critical thinking. * Effective communication.
