**Join our team!** **Banking Operations Analyst PART-TIME \- On-site La Joya CDMX** **OBJECTIVE** We are seeking a **Banking Operations Analyst** to ensure timely management of payment operations to national and international suppliers, including transaction agreements with exchange houses and control of checking account balances. This role is essential to guarantee accuracy and compliance in banking operations. **Key Responsibilities:** **Management and Reconciliation:** * Issue accurate cash closing reports and reconcile bank balances. * Manage payments according to processes and policies, ensuring their correct application. **Operations and Follow-up:** * Clear outstanding accounting items from banks and manage system errors. * Arrange transactions through exchange houses and allocate surplus investments. **Control and Reporting:** * Reconcile bank balances and provide timely and accurate information regarding checking accounts. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience:** * Recent experience handling national and/or foreign banking portals. * Experience in bank reconciliations, issuing cash closing reports, and transactions with exchange houses. * Knowledge of financial processes and banking tools. **Key Skills:** * Financial analysis and attention to detail. * Ability to resolve incidents and errors in banking processes. * Organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. **Note:** Selected candidates must pass reliability and security screenings prior to hiring. **Work Mode:** On-site, Monday to Friday **Contract Duration:** 6 months, with possible extension **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * IMSS (Mexican Institute of Social Security) registration. * Opportunity to obtain certifications free of charge. * Performance-based bonuses.
