




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage food and beverage costs, with a focus on ensuring unit costs, inventory control, and waste analysis in a restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in controlling and accounting for warehouse movements 2. Management of physical inventories and analysis of warehouse consumption 3. Determination of standard and actual production costs We are a restaurant located in the hotel zone of Cancún, with years of experience in the restaurant industry. Food and Beverage Costs: Ensuring product unit costs; monitoring the correct accounting cycle; supervising proper accounting allocation and distribution of expenses to determine unit costs for food, inventories, and waste. Experience in: 1. Controlling and accounting for movements of raw material, auxiliary, and finished goods warehouses. 2. Conducting physical inventory counts. 3. Reviewing warehouse consumption. 3.1 Calculating recipe costs. 4. Reviewing daily production output. 5. Determining standard and actual production costs. 6. Waste analysis. 7.
