Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. **Dry Area Supervisor (Extrusion)** **Your Role at Vantive** Coordinate and supervise manufacturing operations according to approved standard operating procedures, aiming to optimize material, economic, and human resources to meet product quality specifications, ensure employee safety, and maintain manufacturing productivity. **What You Will Do:** * Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure extrusion processes are conducted under conditions compliant with approved local procedures and applicable national and international regulations for drug and medical device manufacturing. * Identify and promote the development of operational staff talent. * Within the continuous improvement process, identify and implement improvement opportunities related to Safety and environmental aspects. * Coordinate the sealing process of bags for injectable solutions. **What You Will Bring:** * Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing/production or related areas. * Knowledge of Local Health Regulations (COFEPRIS) and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485. * Trend analysis. * Personnel management and development, supervision. * Production and/or manufacturing. * Lean Manufacturing. **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
