We invite you to join our team as: **TRAINING MANAGER** **Objective:** Manage and assign the learning pool according to needs, knowledge, skills, and experience based on the backlog, ensuring quality in learning resources under agile frameworks. **Knowledge** * Administrative and economic knowledge * Experience: 3 to 5 years in training project management, knowledge in instructional design, training indicators * Knowledge of agile methodologies * Team management **Functions** * Assign the learning pool to cell leaders according to projects, needs, knowledge, skills, and experience based on the backlog. * Ensure alignment within the learning pool to achieve expected results and guarantee quality, timelines, and resources aligned with the business's learning strategy. * Identify and remove impediments and risks with the learning pool and cell leader, ensuring solution quality and sprint compliance. . Keep the pool updated, aligned, and developed in GS's Learning Model, vendors, development standards, and internal system technical requirements. . Standardize and clarify development times for resources according to the agile framework and GS needs 6\. Generate SLAs for the learning pool and create improvement plans based on results.
