We invite you to join our team as: **Human Capital Generalist** **Objective:** Coordinate the implementation of human capital administrative functions. **Requirements** * Administrative and economic knowledge * Experience: 2 to 3 years in Human Capital, personnel administration, knowledge of generalist functions * Intermediate Excel skills * Proficiency in SAP or any CRM **Responsibilities** * Personnel administration - Ensure documentation during hiring processes - Entries, terminations and changes - Benefits: vehicle, vouchers, parking, understanding insurance, among others. * Guide procedures at IMSS, disabilities, retirement. * Management of Trouble Tickets system. * Tracking and control of ticket assignments. * Follow up and respond to more complex tickets. * Provide feedback to the solution center regarding employee complaints, questions, and suggestions. * Digitization and archiving: Ensure documentation is properly stored and available for consultation. * Respond to tickets: - Organizational culture and transformation: Request implementation of approved structure - Compensation: Ensure valuations are loaded / Follow-up on compensation requirements - Data and technology: Data collection - Talent Attraction Center: Confirm hiring information with trainers and specialists - Talent and Performance: Coordinate implementation / Resolve inquiries - Coordination with related departments for resolution or routing of procedures: Real estate, Insurance, Fleet management, Payroll.
