**Bilingual Medical VA with Scribe Experience** **Client:** US Medical Practice Focus: Telemedicine \& Patient Care **Work Setup:** 100% Remote (Work From Home) **Compensation:** $7/hour (Weekly Payouts) About the Role We are looking for a **Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English \+ Spanish)** to support a US\-based medical practice that frequently conducts telemedicine. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in medical scribing and administrative support. You will play a vital role in live scribing during telehealth sessions, chart preparation, and administrative coordination, ensuring seamless patient care and clinic operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide **live scribing** support during telemedicine visits. * Enter lab orders and medications as instructed by the provider. * Prepare charts and update patient notes in TERA EMR. Responsibilities for Coverage * Cover phone lines when staff are on leave using **RingCentral**. * Handle inbound calls, route faxes, and transfer calls as needed. * Assist with various administrative tasks to support clinic operations. Qualifications * Bilingual: **Fluent in English and Spanish** (required, as half of patients are Spanish\-speaking). * Must be an **iPhone user** (for iMessage group threads and shared Notes workflow). * Prior experience with **scribing or charting tasks** in a medical setting. * Willingness to **wear multiple hats** and adapt to different responsibilities. * Strong internet connection, backup device, backup power, and VPN use (GoLean standard). Nice to Have * Experience in **TERA EMR**. * Supported Endocrinology practice **This is a part\-time role (30 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) \- with high possibility of going fulltime as the partnership progresses.**You will be an integral part of the provider’s telemedicine workflow, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication, and reliable coverage for the clinic.
