The Vermicelli Operator must ensure physical product delivery, guaranteeing timely and uninterrupted delivery of finished product throughout the production process. The role is responsible for safely operating assigned equipment while maintaining compliance with quality standards, food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial safety, and order and cleanliness under the 5S system. Key Responsibilities: * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and food safety standards, safeguarding one’s own integrity and that of colleagues by following established procedures. * Operate extruded vermicelli processing, polishing, packaging, and packing according to defined operational procedures and parameters. * Understand correct operation and functionality of area equipment, including mixer, extruder, polisher, packaging, and packing machines. * Correctly assemble and disassemble packaging lines and ensure timely supply of packaging materials per shift. * Perform product changeover cleaning, flushes, and pre-operational checks, ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety requirements. * Operate PLC systems according to training level and perform autonomous maintenance on assigned equipment. * Accurately and timely complete production, traceability, and quality records, as well as report activities in SAP (UAS, finished product labels, consumptions). * Operate the labeler (Domino) when qualified and ensure correct label printing. * Responsibly hand over and receive shifts, promptly communicating process status and any relevant deviations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of the work area, facilities, and equipment, reporting deviations to the Shift Leader or Quality department. About You: * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (high school preferred). * Basic arithmetic knowledge. * Basic Excel and SAP knowledge desirable (not mandatory). * Teamwork and cooperation. * Responsible and committed to safety, quality, and food safety. * Adaptability to operational changes. * Interest in continuous learning and constant improvement.
