The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications using Java and modern back-end technologies. **The opportunity:** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance back-end applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot * Build and manage APIs and microservices architectures * Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, Ops teams, and product managers to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions * Participate in architectural design discussions and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices * Integrate and work with messaging platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ for real-time data processing * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues across back-end systems * Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to complex technical challenges * Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile development environment This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
